Story:

Navigating through reflective, somber worshipful moments and energetic instrumentals, 'Foundation' is an exhilarating expression of the biblical passage found in 1 Peter 2. This single further underscores Red Letter Society's commitment to crafting Scripture-based worship songs for the global church, beginning with congregations in Virginia. To achieve this, 'Foundation' was specifically composed for the annual Student Collective Conference, which brings together churches from across Virginia.

Artist Bio:

We call ourselves “Red Letter Society” because we truly believe and have experienced the transformative power of God’s Word. In older Bibles, the words of Jesus were typically printed in red. So, our name was chosen to reflect a deep commitment to both studying, communicating, and obeying God’s Word. As a group of worship leaders from churches across the Central Virginia area, we love serving the local church and are passionate about seeing theologically sound music being sung in churches across the world.

Yet there could be no resurrection without him staying and finishing the work on the cross. So it’s a reflection on hi
